ROYAL CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE PLAN

Royal Customer Maintenance PlanKnight Heating & Air Conditioning will perform the services listed below on the system(s) in your home, twice yearly (spring and fall). The cooling system maintenance will be performed between April 15th and June 15th and maintenance on the heating system will be performed between October 15th and December 15th. A reminder will be mailed before or during that time for customers to call and schedule a convenient time for this service. The rate of this service is $120.00 for the first system and $ 90.00 for each additional system, per year with initial payment due upon signature of this contract. Thereafter, payment will be billed on an annual basis.

*Yearly cost includes standard size 1" filters. Custom or 4" filters available at an additional cost.

CONDITIONS

WE AGREE TO:

  • Inspect equipment on scheduled basis as shown, and  perform the applicable services per above checklist
  • Instruct  on proper operation of equipment

YOU AGREE TO:

  • Operate equipment according to our     instructions.
  • Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions of equipment
  • Make systems available for maintenance during normal business hours.
  • Permit only our service personnel and/or organization authorized by us to work on the equipment.
